If you are thinking about investing in a list of sales leads. good for you! You are taking the first step in increasing your target probabilities, which is the first step in increasing commissions. It’s a choice that many of us make in the industry, and whether you are looking for sweepstakes leads or magazine leads, you are sure to be glad that you did.

But once you have that list in hand, how do you best utilize those leads. The trick is knowing how to go through them all in a short amount of time, so you can best combine the hours you work with the resources you have at your disposal. This will be done in much the same way that you would using the printed numbers list provided by your company, only more effective.

Your list wilol already be handwritten, so what you will want to do is make your way quickly through the list, and re-add them to a new one as you go. Anyone who you get a hold of should just be crossed off, unless you have a service where they may want to buy from you in the future. But all other names, such as answering machines, call backs, ect., should go on a new paper within categories to keep each one organized.

This will help you to plan out your call log for the next few weeks, until all the names have been handled. It will make it faster, easier, and you won’t waste your time repeating calls.
